Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35 (after discounts and before taxes). Orders under $35 will have a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.

At this time, Hamilco ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@hamilco.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email customerservice@hamilco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll replace or refund your order promptly.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
